Draft Land Conservation and Conveyance Plan – For Lands to be retained by PG&E at Philbrook Reservoir

The Stewardship Council has issued the draft Land Conservation and Conveyance Plan (LCCP) for a portion of the Philbrook Reservoir planning unit for public review and comment. Comments must be submitted in writing and postmarked or emailed no later than 5:00 pm on November 17, 2017.

Recommendations

At its September 16, 2010 meeting, the Stewardship Council Board of Directors recommended that PG&E retain all of the lands (approximately 277 acres) in the Philbrook planning unit, located in Butte County.

At its September 15, 2011 meeting, the board recommended Northern California Regional Land Trust as the prospective conservation easement holder on the property.
